What do Ayurvedic Yoga sessions consist of?

In these 75’ sessions we will practice āsana (yoga poses), prānāyāma (breathing techniques) and meditation according to principles of the traditional medicine of India, Ayurveda. Each session will be unique, and designed according to the needs of every season of the year.

Who will lead these sessions?

Carmen is Yoga Teacher and Psychologist. She started her path on Yoga more than ten years ago, and since then she has been practicing and teaching with passion constantly. She has studied Yoga and Ayurveda both in Europe and in India. She believes in the ability of yoga, meditation, and Ayurveda to promote physical and mental health.

Schedule

When: Wednesdays at 7 pm and Saturdays at 12 (noon)

Autumn Edition: 10 sessions total, from 15th November to 17th December

Future Editions: Winter, Spring and Summer Editions will follow

First Session: Saturday 15th November (12 – 1:15 pm) - Autumn Edition kickoff
